Ripple Labs arrived in Amsterdam earlier this week for the Bitcoin 2014: Building the Digital Economy, the annual conference hosted by the Bitcoin Foundation, joining 11,000 participants from over 50 countries around the world.

Ripple Labs is also sponsoring the Startup Challenge, which will take place on Saturday, May 17th from 3-5PM at Passenger Terminal Amsterdam. Eight Bitcoin entrepreneurs will present their ideas to an esteemed judges to see who takes home the grand prize of $10,000 (BTC).
