THE WORK:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with strong knowledge of test design skills and experience working closely with Developer and Product Owners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both UI testing and API testing, along with an ISTQB certification or equivalent. 

The candidate will be responsible for building and executing test scenarios against the REST API and Web Application UI, providing end-to-end evaluation of the product to ensure its quality. 

The candidate will be responsible for the technical research in order to prepare test scenarios.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Analyze User Stories, assess testability, and design effective test scenarios
  • Analyze technically new feature like Blockchain integration in order to prepare test scenario and test case
  • Work closely with Product Owners and developer to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
  • Perform UI testing of the Web Application to validate user interface and user experience
  • Perform API testing of the REST API using tools such as Postman or Insomnia
  • Develop and execute end-to-end test scenarios to evaluate the product's functionality and performance
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify, prioritize, and track defects
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on UI and API testing
  • Excellent technical knowledge on modern application concept such as REST API, Microservices, SaaS, CI/CD
  • Excellent knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Strong test design skills and ability to analyze User Stories for testability
  • Experience working closely with UX designers and Product Owners
  • UI testing skills, including expertise in testing tools and methodologies
  • API testing skills, with experience in tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or similar
  • ISTQB certification or equivalent
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
