THE WORK:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Conversion Lead to join our organization’s Technical Programmes Workstream. You will play a significant role in ensuring the detailed deployment of conversion activities and a transition to business as usual as we roll out technical solutions across our organization, specifically our upcoming Oracle ERP implementation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Hold responsibility for the quality assurance of conversions
  • Communicate risks and issues to the overall Technical Programme Director
  • Lead conversion timelines and resources including a team of Conversion Developers
  • Review functional, technical and unit testing of developed conversions
  • Collaborate with functional track owners
  • Be responsible for overall conversion testing and providing execution results for agreed components
  • Work closely with external consultants, system integrators, internal cross-functional teams and other collaborators.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • 7+ years of experience in executing Conversions and Data Extraction Strategies, Oracle experience is a necessity for this role
  • BA/BS degree or higher
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL
  • Strong knowledge of other Oracle RICE components (Reporting, Integration, Conversion and Extensions)
  • Oracle Cloud application security knowledge and experience to support the application security transition
  • Hands-on experience with rationalizing data, normalizing data and data mappings
  • Experience working in agile development, providing estimates, and planning
  • Experience in the cryptocurrency/finance industry is considered an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
  • Consistent track record managing and influencing internal and cross-functional collaborators
  • Resourcefulness, persistence and ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Outstanding organizational abilities and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$134,400$168,000 USD
