At Ripple Labs Inc., we are looking for an extraordinarily skilled and ambitious Oracle Cloud Integration Lead to join our dynamic team in San Francisco, CA. As an Oracle Cloud Integration Lead, you will play a critical role in implementing detailed integrations between Oracle Cloud Financials and various systems.

THE WORK:

  • Lead the design and development of integrations between Oracle Cloud Financials and ERP, CRM, and external banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with key individuals to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.
  • Develop integration strategies and suggest effective approaches for flawless integration.
  • Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions, including data mapping and transformation.
  • Configure and customize integration tools, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), to enable seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test integration interfaces.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure successful integration.
  • Address and resolve integration issues or errors as they arise.
  • Offer guidance and support on integration patterns and effective strategies.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to integration processes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as an Oracle Cloud Integration Lead with Financials modules is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of financial processes and systems, with a focus on Oracle Cloud Financials integration.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, including its data structures and APIs.
  • Experience working with integration tools and technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages for data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP) and integration protocols (XML, JSON).
  • Solid ability to analyze and address sophisticated challenges.
  • Effective collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials certification or equivalent is a plus.
For positions that will be based in CA, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
CA Annual Base Salary Range
$134,400$168,000 USD
