WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and close deals with global and regional banks, asset managers, and crypto-native companies seeking digital asset custody solutions.
- Expand Ripple’s footprint by building a strong pipeline of custody opportunities across Latin America.
- Represent Ripple at key industry events to strengthen our network and drive awareness of our custody solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to refine and position custody offerings.
- Shape go-to-market strategies and product development by leveraging customer feedback and industry insights.
- Manage RFx processes, ensuring smooth coordination with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Lead customer demonstrations and supervise sandbox environments for clients.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Enterprise SaaS, or equivalent roles.
- 5+ years of proven experience advising and selling to financial institutions.
- Deep knowledge of distributed ledger technology, digital asset custody, and related use cases (e.g., smart contracts, tokenization, stablecoins, RWA).
- Strong industry network with relationships in large financial institutions, asset managers, and crypto-native companies.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and closing complex enterprise deals.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is critical to successfully connect with customers across the region.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel as required for business development.
