THE WORK:
Join Ripple's dynamic Business Intelligence team to play a pivotal role in accelerating our transformation into a truly data-driven company. As a Business Intelligence Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving Tableau adoption, optimizing operational efficiency, exploring innovative AI capabilities and delivering actionable insights that fuel strategic decision-making.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Strategic BI Alignment: Design, implement, and manage business intelligence solutions that align with Ripple's overarching business goals.
- Powerful Data Visualization: Translate business requirements into compelling and insightful data visualizations that drive tangible action.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency through data analysis and process optimization.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Tableau AI Innovation: Orchestrate the implementation and adoption of Tableau Pulse, improving its potential to deliver real-time, proactive insights.
- Data Literacy Champion: Drive the organization's data-driven transformation by fostering a culture of data literacy and promoting the use of data in everyday decision-making.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, integrity and reliability of data across all BI platforms, upholding the highest standards of data governance.
- Problem Solving and Support: Offer timely, detailed troubleshooting and technical assistance to business users, minimizing interruptions to their workflows and improving their use of BI tools.
- Team Collaboration: Embrace a dynamic and collaborative team culture that actively promotes the sharing of knowledge, ideas, and best practices, driving continuous improvement in analytical techniques and tools.
- Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring the BI team leverages the most effective tools and techniques.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization.
- Expertise in data transformation and visualization techniques, demonstrating an ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Proficient in Tableau (Tableau Certification preferred), with a thorough understanding of its capabilities.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Salesforce (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, taking a proactive approach.
- Ability to lead multiple projects with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
