THE WORK:

Join Ripple as a Senior Project Manager and lead complex global expansion initiatives. From strategy to delivery, you’ll own large-scale office buildouts and relocations across Ripple’s global portfolio—managing multimillion-dollar projects in fast-moving markets.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic builder who thrives at scale, navigates ambiguity, and leads with operational excellence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead large-scale capital projects and global office expansions end-to-end
  • Develop and manage project strategy, business cases, and capital plans for executive approval
  • Own project budgets ($1M–$100M+) and full lifecycle financial management
  • Oversee design development, technical reviews, schedule management, and risk mitigation
  • Select and manage external partners including architects, GCs, cost managers, and PM vendors
  • Drive alignment across Real Estate, Workplace, Finance, Legal, IT, AV, Security, and HR
  • Present updates, risk assessments, and milestone reports to executive stakeholders
  • Develop program playbooks, process standards, and best practices for project delivery
  • Mentor junior team members and oversee Project Managers and vendor PMs
  • Ensure delivery excellence in safety, quality, budget, timeline, and operational readiness

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • 8–10+ years of experience managing construction or corporate real estate projects
  • Proven success delivering complex workplace buildouts across a global portfolio
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, base building conditions, and landlord coordination
  • Expert in reading architectural and engineering plans and navigating technical constraints
  • Strong experience managing project budgets, change control, and vendor contracts
  • Skilled leader able to influence cross-functional teams and executive decisions
  • Experience developing and optimizing project delivery processes and frameworks
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Willingness to travel globally (~35%)
