THE WORK:

Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) is the leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the digital treasurer. Developed using the latest technology, Ripple Treasury helps empower organizations on their path to strategic treasury, by enabling total visibility into their cash, liquidity, payments and financial risk management.

As part of the Revenue Operations team, the Business Insights Analyst serves as a forward-looking analytics expert focused on predictive insights rather than reactive reporting. Partnering with Sales, Marketing & Operations to maximize the value of available tools and data, while collaborating with the Data Architect and Data Engineer to influence data architecture decisions, identify data gaps, and improve data governance practices. This role translates complex business questions into visual insights and proactive analytics that drive strategic decisions and revenue growth. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Translate business questions into visual insights and proactive analytics that anticipate trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Develop predictive models and forecasting frameworks to support strategic decision-making across GTM functions
  • Identify patterns and anomalies in data that signal emerging opportunities or potential challenges
  • Build forward-looking dashboards and reports that enable teams to act proactively rather than reactively
  • Create scenario analysis and "what-if" modeling to support strategic planning initiatives
  • Partner with Business Partners to understand their analytical needs and business challenges
  • Enable Business Partners to utilize the full value of available tools and data through training, documentation, and ongoing support
  • Design and build interactive dashboards and visualizations
  • Create executive-level reporting that distils complex data into clear, compelling narratives 
  • Identify data gaps and root causes impacting analytical accuracy and business insights
  • Collaborate with Data Architect and Data Engineer to influence data architecture decisions and prioritize data quality improvements

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles within a SaaS or technology environment
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms)
  • Strong SQL or Python skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Demonstrated experience with predictive analytics, statistical modeling, or forecasting techniques
  • Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
