As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in evolving our design system, features and product experiences — championing user-centered thinking, system-level design, and measurable business impact. You'll partner closely with product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams to shape product strategy and drive innovation across our platform.
This role is ideal for an experienced product designer who solves complex problems through UX research and usability testing in cross-functional environments. Reporting to the Senior Product Design Manager, you'll conduct user interviews, usability studies, and competitive analyses, then validate solutions through iterative testing to drive product-led growth.
What We're Looking For:
- A relentless focus on outcomes, not outputs. You think beyond UI to how design drives customer and business success.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity. You excel at framing complex problems and uncovering opportunities that aren't immediately obvious.
- Deep partnership orientation. You thrive in cross-functional teams, acting as a co-creator with Product and Engineering, not just a service function.
- A systems-level perspective. You design for scale, coherence, and reusability across user journeys, not isolated screens.
- A belief that great design is great product strategy. You see design as a driver of differentiation, not just usability.
Essential Duties:
- Own Design Strategy: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product vision and translate business goals into scalable, elegant user experiences.
- Drive Consistency: Evolve our design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the entire GTreasury platform.
- Champion User Needs: Leverage user research and data to deeply understand users, applying curiosity to gain user, product, and technical knowledge inside and outside your working group.
- Elevate Product Thinking: Serve as a design voice in cross-functional product discovery and strategy, while aligning outcomes and driving customer value.
- Operationalize Design: Implement tools, processes, and rituals that enable repeatable, high-quality design practice across multiple product solution pods.
- Leverage Tools Effectively: Know how to leverage design tools to rapidly turn around mockups and working prototypes and to communicate designs with team members.
- Seek Feedback: Seek regular design input from the team; patiently take in feedback without defensiveness.
- Mentor Others: Mentor other team members, share knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the design practice.
Skills & Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in UX/product design
- 3+ years of experience in reconciliation, payments, fintech, or financial services— you know your way around financial workflows, data visualization, and the regulatory landscape

- Proficient on all design tools used to prototype and deliver product design solutions (Figma, Miro, etc.)
- Understands industry trends and GTreasury business goals as they relate to product areas
- Demonstrated experience and effectiveness collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers to solve complex problems for a variety of types of users and scenarios
- Strong understanding of Agile, UX principles, and ability to find opportunities to drive value through design inside and outside development cycles
- Simplifies user and product knowledge in complex problem solving
- A portfolio that shows deep systems thinking, user-centered solutions, and real business results
- Experience designing complex B2B or enterprise SaaS applications
- Strong leadership and communication skills—you know how to inspire teams and influence partners
- Fluency in Figma (or similar tools), and comfortable with AI prototyping tools and design systems
- Comfortable with modern product development and agile methodologies
- You love tackling ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex workflows
- A growth mindset and a drive to build great practices and culture
Nice to Have:
- Treasury or corporate finance experience—maybe you've worked in the domain before, have a professional background in finance, or spent meaningful time in cross-border payments
- Experience designing data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, reporting tools, or analytics platforms
- Familiarity with payments, FX, hedging, or banking systems
- You've contributed to design systems or worked on platform-level design at scale
- Bonus points for familiarity with M&A-driven product expansion—integrating acquired products and creating a seamless, unified user experience
