We are seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Senior Software Developer passionate about building a world-class platform through a world-class team. Creating technical software excellence and spearheading application development in design, implementation, and maintenance to make great things happen.
The work:
The Senior Software Engineer will help lead and build the next generation of financial reconciliation platform that enables finance teams to become powerful drivers of their company growth.
What you will do:
- Build, scale and maintain enterprise financial reconciliation application that brings the world class user experience to finance professionals
- Work with wider technical teams on the design, deployment and continuous improvement of backend applications
- Be a technical domain leader, provide technical guidance and craftsmanship to your team and own the delivery of features.
- Participate in raising our standard of engineering excellence by implementing standard methodologies for architecture, coding, testing, and deployment
What you will bring:
- 5+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience building large-scale enterprise web applications.
- 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, including React or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization, including profiling, identifying bottlenecks, and writing efficient, performant code. You know how to make pages fast and keep them that way.
- Experience with backend languages such as Golang or C#.
- Experience with Agile development of distributed services, with a focus on robust software design, scalability, availability, and security.
- You work openly and collaboratively with diverse teams, and you bring a positive attitude and genuine passion for technology and the financial industry.
- Ability to apply engineering standard processes consistently.
BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
