THE WORK:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Corporate Accounting, we are looking for a high-energy, technically-adept Accounting Manager, Corporate Process and AI Execution to serve as a key partner to the controllership team in scaling our global finance operations.

This is a "player-coach" role designed for someone who bridges the gap between complex accounting and innovative technology. You will be the primary driver of our AI-driven process improvements while ensuring the day-to-day global close remains on track. If you have a project management mindset and a "no task too small, no challenge too big" attitude, you will thrive here.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Corporate Accounting & Global Close Support

  • Global Close Coordination: Assist in managing the end-to-end global accounting close process. You will coordinate with internal teams and our offshore managed services team to ensure all deadlines are met with precision.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate daily with stakeholders in Tax, FP&A, Finance Systems, Finance Operations and Technical Accounting to ensure day-to-day work is streamlined and enterprise-wide efficiency is maximized.
  • Internal Controls & Compliance: Assist in building and maintaining robust internal control environments to ensure that automated workflows remain compliant and operationally efficient.

AI Workflow Maintenance & Process Optimization

  • Maintain AI Workflows: Take ownership of existing AI and automation workstreams in Corporate Accounting, ensuring the integrity and performance of automated processes in Investments, AP Accruals, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, and Leases etc.
  • Project Follow-up: Act as the lead coordinator for transformation initiatives; manage project milestones, track progress, and ensure that all AI-driven enhancements are functioning as intended.
  • Operational Innovation: Serve as the front line for day-to-day operations to identify manual bottlenecks; assist in the design and deployment of AI-assisted solutions to eliminate repetitive tasks.
  • Efficiency Scoping: Continuously monitor and propose refinements to AI use cases, such as streamlining Investment valuation and reconciliation or enhancing AP Accrual estimations, to keep the department at the technological forefront.

Audit & Stakeholder Support

  • Audit Coordination: Support the coordination of internal and external audits. You will assist in the collection, organization, and initial review of PBC requests to ensure a smooth audit lifecycle.
  • Documentation & Polish: Help refine and polish audit responses and process documentation. You will assist in explaining AI-enhanced workflows to auditors, ensuring that automated evidence is clear, professional, and meets all regulatory standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience: 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally blending a Big Four foundation with in-house corporate accounting.
  • Credentials: CPA is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
  • Hands-on Depth: You are a true "doer" who leads by example. You must have direct experience in corporate accounting operations and be comfortable navigating complex data sets and ERP systems independently.
  • Project Management & Leadership: You possess a formal or highly developed PM mindset. You have a proven track record of overseeing project lifecycles, managing timelines, unblocking technical barriers, and resourcefully sourcing tools. You can work collaboratively across a broad range of business functions and have a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with senior management.
  • Systems & AI Fluency: Proficiency with large enterprise-level ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills are essential. You have experience with data visualization tools and, crucially - actively use AI tools in your daily workflow to drive efficiency.
  • Problem-Solving DNA: You don't just identify "red flags" - you proactively detect root causes and propose actionable, scalable solutions.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to "translate" complex accounting and technical AI workflows for internal cross-functional partners and external stakeholders.
  • Industry Passion: A genuine interest in or professional experience with the crypto industry is highly valued.
